Just to be clear are you wanting a separate button on the mail item toolbar for each signature that 1) adds the bespoke signature to the email and 2) sends the email - thereby &nbsp;allowing all to be done with one click.<br />

I have a solution similar to this already that, after clicking send, pops up a form with a number of buttons for adding bespoke signatures.<br />

I need a macro to insert a named signature from a bunch of possble signatures. I'll then assign the macro to a button and the task will go from 3 clicks to one, which will save this particular user about 500 clicks a day :)<br />
