Dell Loptop Issues Gone Black
Hi, Today Morning, I just started my Laptop and it just a blink of loading of bios and then a blck screen comes up! and my cursor blinks, nothing happens!
1. i tried to reinstall windows, i got it successfullt installed and then when when the welcome button was spinning, immediately that button turned to shutting down and i started again but it did not started and showed the same old behaviour.
2. I ran the system Diagonistics check and found no issues!
3. I checked my BIOS and it is showing all my system info like RAM, HDD etc and i do not think i clicked something wrong,
4. Nothing is showing, just i can use the f2 and the f12 only to change the boot sequence or the BIOS., even my F8 is not working,
Experts Please Guide me solve this issue as i have a big mess here

try plugging in a monitor?

@ marine - how can plug in amonitor, there is no external moniter i have!

Get yourself a Live Linux CD from Ubuntu http://www.ubuntu.com/
Make the CD and boot from it. If it runs OK from the CD there there is a software problem with your computer. If it has graphics problems then there is a hardware problem.

well i trid the Active @ boot software and it loaded successsfully and i copies my data t my portable disk, if i see, if the Active @boot software can run then OS should run, is there any BIOS update i need or a Virus Attack could be there in IOS or if there is one condition of the two, how should i update my BIOs

Shouldn't be necessary. I wouldn't try at present until system is stable.

If you just did a repair reinstall then there could well be a virus sitting there. You need to do an install that wipes the whole disk and formats it as well. That'll wipe everything off including any possible virus.

so ur point is i have make a clean up process of the whole disk including the partition and then reformat it and reinitiale the partions again and install it again you mean to say a whole new process

btw i had pst in my windows c: drive which i forgot to copy n it was deleted though can't i get it back even after partion or not
You'd need to run File Recovery software now while you have the chance. Slave the drive to another or use a USB enclosure. Try GetDataBack http://www.runtime.org/ Free to try. If it sees the missing files you pay for full functionality.

Ok! I have discussing this matter with my friends but they all are saying the issue could be withe RAM as the just after the initial Preboot it turns blabk!
Initial Pre boot means when i see the Icon my Laptop Deel and a progress bar just runs! and then it shows a blank screen with the cursor blinking
