How to upgrade W2K8 R2 STD OS to W2K8 R2 Ent on a server

Hello experts,

I have installed W2K8 R2 STD on a BL server with 96 GB physical memory, but W2K8 R2 STD OS has a limit of 32 GB physical memory. We have decided to upgrade OS to W2K8 R2 Ent.
How should I go about upgrading the OS, has it to be from scratch?
This server will be used to host SQL 2008 DB's.
Please advise.

Thanks and Regards.
