Creating a bootable XP CD using the Nero 7 Essentials

Can anybody please let me know how to create a Bootable XP CD using Nero7.
I have Nero essentials and have searched the Net to create a bootable XP CD, but havent found any information.
Can you please list down the Steps as i have the setup files and want to create a bootable XP Cd using nero.

if you have the windows install cd - you can just copy the CD

I have nero 7 essentials and have all the contents of the Xp cd copied on the harddrive of my computer.
I need steps where in i can create a bootable CD of XP using nero essentials.
The previous steps are very lengthy and complicated.

what is lengthy about "if you have the windows install cd - you can just copy the CD" ?
why not just copy the cd - nero has a cd copy function
or use cdburnerxp instead : http://cdburnerxp.se/

Hi Team,
I have the Xp setup files, i dont have an image.
I want to put the files on the cd and make the cd bootable.
which then loads the OS on a new machine.
I dont care if the CD buring software is nero or something else.
Nero is very difficult to use, can you guys suggest something different.
