I have a big issue since upgrading to Firefox 4.<br />

It keeps losing my icons and custom toolbars!<br />

It happens completely at random.<br />
<br />
To get them back I have to restart in safe mode, tick the box &quot;Reset<br />
toolbars and controls&quot; and reopen.<br />

Sometimes when I right click &quot;Customise&quot; is greyed out.<br />
