There is no reason at all why you can't have the demo site running on a sub directory with a different database etc. <br />

It may be that you accidentally logged it to your main admin \<a href="http://www.domainname.no/administrator" rel="ugc">www.domainname.no/administrator</a> and did the changes<br />
rather than the demo admin<br />

Have a website, that are running just fine.<br />
And i want a new site, demo site.<br />

So what i did was:<br />

Changed the config file, so it is setup to this new site..<br />
with a differend mysql database...<br />

Changed the config file, so it is setup to this new site..
with a differend mysql database...

When i then setup things in admin, it olso change the setings for main site ?
