E-mails being cut off on the right side when printed in Outlook 2007.
We have a user that has Office 2007 Pro running on Windows 7 Pro and whenever he prints any e-mail from Outlook, the e-mail prints with the right side cut off. It doesn't matter the e-mail or printer that he prints to. He always gets the same result. I couldn't find any settings to correct this problem within Outlook, so I've tried reinstalling Office 2007, which didn't make a difference. All other applications seem to print fine, so this problem seems to be isolated to just Outlook 2007. Thanks in advance for any help!
I would try new printer drivers but it's strange that it's happening on more than one printer.

I already tried those suggestions and none of them worked. Besides, it's happening on multiple printers that he has installed. One of those printers is installed locally by USB and the others are network printers. They are also a mixture of HP, Canon, and Konica-Minolta brands. It was working fine and then just started cutting off the right side one day. I also tried a System Restore point, which didn't fix the problem either.

No one else with Office 2007 on Windows 7 is having this issue.

What would you recommend to set the margins at? What are the default values?

Assuming the text is just slightly off the right side then reduce the margin 1" less than what it is.

I went to try the suggestions that you recommended, but the user stated that it was working fine for a little while now. It looks like just a group of e-mails may have been incorrectly formatted. Thanks for your help!
