Upgrade Windows Server 2003 to 2008

Is there any way to upgrade Windows Server 2003 to Server 2008 x86 Standard edition ?

and

Is there any Small Business Server available on Windows Server 2008 ?

Yes, you can upgrade x86 2003 to x86 2008.  Most experienced admins would do a clean install to ensure a stable system, but if you're adventurous, you can do it.

Yes, Small Business Server 2008 uses Server 2008 and Exchange 2007 but is 64 bit ONLY!  Small Business Server 2011 uses 2008 R2 and Exchange 2010 and is also 64 bit ONLY (the last 32 bit version of SBS made and that will ever be made is SBS 2003).
