What do you want to do, use vDR to Backup your VMs and then use Backup Exec to backup the vDR Repository to Tape.<br />

Let vDR Backup and Restore the VMs, and if you want to copy the data to Tape using Backup Exec, use Backup Exec to copy the Network Share Location to tape.

But if i want to restore from tape an older vm, how can i find the vm (not vmdk flat file) to restore, not explicit name (001, 002, ...)
