We have a client that accesses their server with SSL. They lose connection for about 1 minute and they can't ping the server anymore but they can ping the firewall interface. The connection comes back after 1 minute. This happens at different intervals. The connection never timeout from the inside of the firewall.<br />

Is there a timeout value I need to tweek? Any other ideas?
