SSL timeouts when nated through Cisco ASA

We have a client that accesses their server with SSL. They lose connection for about 1 minute and they can't ping the server anymore but they can ping the firewall interface. The connection comes back after 1 minute. This happens at different intervals. The connection never timeout from the inside of the firewall.

Is there a timeout value I need to tweek? Any other ideas?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Is there any information in the logs on the ASA?
