Outlook 2007 reports

I need a report of all sent items. How do I include the date, time, subject and To fields.

So this is to viewed in Excel... in order to get output that includes date and time information, you'll need to have the Sent Items folder in Outlook exported. Doing so with Excel will not include the date and time information though. Launch MS Access (providing you have it), and then go to File > Get External DataImport > select Exchange() from the Files of Type dropdown at the bottom > expand the Mailbox in question > and then choose the Sent Items folder.

You'll end up getting more information than you'll need this way, but from here, you can either use Access to query the fields you need to a new table, or you can save the Access table output into Excel and then delete the columns you don't need accordingly.

Will printing your Sent Items folder in Table Style (with the Fields you specified) not accomplish this objective? Or is there something more you're looking for with regard to such reports?
