How to backup the vm with vdr and BackupExec

You mean to backup the VM with VDR on a share folder and after backup this folder on BE.
But on the folder we don't have flat vmdk file for the VM ......
How can I restore a VM from BE if I don't see the VMDK on the share folder. And after to restore the VM on VDR......

Could you help me about this issue, thanks in advance.

A quick answer, you cannot, you can just Backup the ENTIRE/WHOLE vDR Repository to tape or restore the ENTIRE  vDR Repository from tape.

only vDR can recover VMs from the vDR Repository.

So if you have a need to backup to tape daily, just backup the entire vDR Repository from your network share for disaster recovery.
