OUtlook looses appointment subject line when appointment time slot changed by dragging & BCM 2010 is loaded
Hi Experts
The problem is...In outlook 2010 calendar when I drag an appointment to increase or decrease the time e.g. original appointment is 14.00 to 16.00, drag to change the appointment to 14.00 to 17.00 - the subject text is lost from the appointment. Any notes are kept.
If you move the appointment by dragging it to a different date or timeslot (length of time not changed) the subject text stays intact.
Uninstall BCM 2010 and this resolves the problem...but I want to use BCM so...
Anybody else experienced this and know a fix for it?
System set-up in case it helps is roughly...
I am running Outlook 2010 with Business Contact Manager 2010 on a Windows 7 (32bit) system set-up.
The BCM is a shared database and the database is on my server. We are running Exchange 2007.
I've tried to search the microsoft site for help but ended up none the wiser :-(
(Also tried it on another PC with similar set-up and I get the same results)
Any help for fixes or info about this greatly appreciated.
Many thanks
Marion
