I currently have 7 active BES users that are working, sending and receiving email without a problem. I have 2 new user with new phones and the right data plan who can’t join the system. I have 11 licenses so I know that I am not over on licenses. When I add the users (under the besadmin login) they just show on the screen as initializing (forever).<br />

I am running:<br />
SBS2003 SP2<br />
BlackBerry Manager Version 4.1.4.17<br />

new users stuck at Initializing on BES 4.1.4.17 on SBS2003

Small Business Server (SBS) is a line of server operating systems targeted at small businesses by bundling the operating system with a number of other Microsoft products that would normally need to be purchased or licensed separately.
