I am working on a Windows 7 laptop. I sometimes have issues with opening PDF's, sometimes it will open fine and other times it just sits there and will not open. I have fully uninstalled everything Adobe and reinstalled and still having the same issues. Anyone have any clue what is wrong?

PDF&amp;#39;s will only open sometimes
