bjbeck,
I did install solarwinds tftp server on windows 7, ping fine, and gave write, read into root folder, but server is timeout. I did disable windows FW, and all anti-virus.
Thanks

Do you see anything in the logs for the tftp server? It should tell you if the 3750 is making a connection or not and if so, it may give some clues to why it is failing.
Also, in the SolarWinds tftp server window, go to File -> Configure and ensure that the Server Bindings are correct for the network adapter that is on the same network segment as your 3750. And under Security ensure that 'Send and Receive Files' is checked as well as 'Allow all IP addresses to send/receive files'.
You can also do 'show log' on your 3750 to see if it gives any error messages, maybe an access-control-list blocking the tftp traffic?

bjbeck,
The TFTP sets up correctly, but the switch does not connect to tftp. I can ping tftp server from switch telnet session. No log at all????
Thanks

In exec mode type the following:
configure terminal
logging console 4
end
And then retry the tftp transfer. You should now have some logging to the console.
