Recommended Software to create Interactive IT Training on Web

I'm trying to find a good product I can use to create Interactive IT Training material for the web.  I've Heard about Captivate but don't know much about it.  Is Captivate a Good source?  Any other software out there?

Author asked for suggestions, received one but never gave any feedback after my comment. If author was more involved more suggestions could have been made.

There's a little confusion on how this forum works on my behalf.  I checked out the suggested product QuikPro and it didn't seem to be any better than Captivate.  I didn't know I was suppose to reply to Bosquez or accept his solution if his solution wasn't the right fit.

If we split points based on ModernMatt suggestion, then does that mean in the past everyone who makes a suggestion share points awarded even if the answers don't resolve the problem?

We're going to close this by accepting melvint91's comment as the solution, and awarding 250 points to Boguez for the alternative suggestion.
