SSRS 2008 R2: Import Shared Dataset into BIDS Solution

We have an existing "Shared Dataset" on our SSRS server.  Now I want to import that shared dataset into a new solution in BIDS--what's the best way of doing this?

Thanks for your help!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

i think the shared datasets would be in some physical file like data sources (.rds), so you can copy them and put it in the folder where BIDS soln is present and pull them into it

Thanks sureshbabukrish.  I guess I was looking for a way of importing directly from the SSRS server.

Like you suggest, it may be that the best way of doing that is downloading the file from SSRS to a local file system, then copying it into the BIDS solution.

It seems like there should be a way of interacting with the SSRS server from within BIDS, but maybe that just isn't possible.  I'll wait to see if any other experts weigh in on this.
