Thanks for your response. Groove has been rebranded/replaced with Sharepoint Workspace which is part of the office Suite that we are likely to be using in the future so having it installed makes sense. For the users having an Icon in Windows Explorer that does not do anything is confusing for users. The article you referred to will be helpful for locating the registry keys and the process for the removal. <br />

I’ll leave this open for a few more days to see if there are any other suggestions.<br />
