"SignFile" task error when publishing

(Remark: I would like answers only from experienced experts and not instant google search)

In order to check my winform app. install proc. when no Framework installed  I removed  Framework installation using dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.
After that I reinstall Framework 3.5 I can build the project but got an error when trying to deploy.
The error that I got is:
Error 3 The "SignFile" task was not given a value for the required parameter "CertificateThumbprint".
What can I do to solve this problem or to reset this parameter?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

1) Double click the My Project node in your project.
2) Click on the Signing tab.
3) Make sure "Sign the ClickOnce manifests" is checked.
4) Click the "Select from File..." button, and select the *.pfx file in your project.
