Port 443 is already in use, can't get past secure gateway configuration wizard.

The secure gateway configuration wizard returns the message "the selected port is in use.  Please select another port" when i choose port 443.   The only ports listed in "site bidnings" in IIS  are 80 and 444.   The netstat -ano output is attached.  What other role or service is using port 443?

I'm on w2k8 sp2 running iis 7.0.    Installed roles are shown in the attached screen print as well.  thanks in advance

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
