Okay so my one workflow has developed into 6 steps, boy once you get it you love it.<br />
<br />
Couple questions I can't seem to figure:<br />
<br />
1. if name = lastname, firstname<br />
I have a person value in my list called approved which is set to lastname, firstname I need to check this to see who to send the email notification too. It does not seem to be working is there a trick?<br />
<br />
This is the glue to my whole project, I hope this can be done.<br />
<br />
2. Calculation with workflow<br />
I have a value called amount in my list2, when the list2 element is approved the value is amount could be added to total amount in List 2.<br />

I don't see where you can do matm in workflow.<br />
