Can anybody help me create these fields in SQL?

These fields are meant for paradox database, can anybody help me do a CREATE TABLE statement with those fields working in MSSQL? I don't know their correspondent in SQL..

a little modification from elimesika's script

1. since ID is auto increment, it should be the key of table, so I put PRIMARY KEY
2. since ID is INT, so ParentID should be same datatype INT rather than uniqueidentifier
3. image datatype which represent BLOB on SQL will not support in the future, shall uses varbinary(max) instead

CREATE TABLE cxScheduler (
	ActualFinish int NOT NULL,
	ActualStart int NOT NULL,
	Caption varchar(255),
	EventType int NOT NULL,
	Finish datetime NOT NULL,
ID int PRIMARY KEY identity(1,1) NOT NULL,
	LabelColor int,
	Location varchar(255),
	Message varchar(255),
	Options int,
	ParentID int NOT NULL,
	RecurrenceIndex int NOT NULL,
	RecurrenceInfo varbinary(max) NOT NULL,
	ReminderDate datetime,
	ReminderMinutesBeforeStart int,
	ReminderResourcesData varbinary(max),
	ResourceID int NOT NULL,
	Start datetime NOT NULL,
	State int,
	TaskCompleteField int NOT NULL,
	TaskIndexField int NOT NULL,
	TaskLinkesField varbinary(max) NOT NULL,
	TaskStatusField int NOT NULL
)
