I have a application that uses outlook to email and get the security alert each time. I want to skip that but at same time cannot do any change to my code as the application is packaged and has various dependencies if changed. So need a solution that would work without my code change

Your only option would be to install a copy of Outlook that was released before the security update (if you really have to do this without changing your code).  Outlook 2003 before SP1 or any Outlook 2000 should be fine.
