EXPLANATION
USERNO WILL DISPLAY MEMBERNO, SPOUSENO, USERNO, USERSPOUSENO

USENAME WILL DISPLAY CORRESPONDING NAME, SPOUSENAME, USERNAME, USERSPOUSENAME
