Exchange 2010 - Set calendar permissions on multiple users

I have been asked to assign the reviewer permissions for Senior Managers group to everyones calendar through my entire company.

I understand the add-mailboxpermissions cmdlet but dont understand how to add variables?

Could someone draft up a example? I'm sure i have found a example whilst googling but I'm not 100% sure!

The group "Senior Managers" need reviewer permissions to everyone within "ALL TD Users" group

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
