I have been asked to assign the reviewer permissions for Senior Managers group to everyones calendar through my entire company. <br />

I understand the add-mailboxpermissions cmdlet but dont understand how to add variables? <br />
<br />
Could someone draft up a example? I'm sure i have found a example whilst googling but I'm not 100% sure! <br />
