I installed a sonicwall tz200w for a client and it seemed to be working internal network worked fine and access to the internet. I went home to test VPN access and I connect with no problems. I can ping network printer and exchange server. However when I try to setup Outlook to access exchange over the VPN I get server not available. I know it see the server because in the outlook config when I enter the IP address of the server I can check the email address but then it replaces the IP address with the server name and it will not see it any longer. Is this a DNS problem or VPN problem?.
