Server Upgrade from Windows 2000 to 2003

I have to upgrade a SBS 2000 server to SBS 2003. What is the best way of doing this, given that I have to use the same hardware.

1. First take a complete backup of the system. I would strongly recommend Norton Ghost 11. This would ensure that you can restore the rig incase of any failure.
2. Make a list of all the installed apps on the server and see their compatibility with SBS 2003.
3. Ensure that you have the latest BIOS update for your hardware as well as drivers of all the hardware for SBS2003.
4. Refer to this doc from Microsoft: http://download.microsoft.com/download/6/d/c/6dccf9b4-d915-4c95-b5af-100b89e02add/SBS_MigratingSBS2k.doc
