How to create a print view in InfoPath 2010

I have a  InfoPath form that I wish to set up a print view for since it seems impossible for me to insert page breaks to ensure proper printing (the page break is always grayed out no matter where I click).  I tried creating a new print view, but the page break issue still occurs and I am not able to break the document up in separate pages as needed.  I have read numerous tutorials that all say how flexible creating a print view is but I am not finding it any more flexible than the regular view I have.  I feel like I am missing something here.  Can someone please tell me how I can set my InfoPath form up so that I can have the page break where needed?  Thank you!

You create a specific view, layed out for printing, and then can specify that view as the view to print from other views in the view properties.

Regarding the page break, you cannot put one inside of a control, this include repeating sections or tables, sections, layout tables, etc.

Infopath doesn't allow me to insert a page break anywhere but on the light blue area which appears to be a background.  However, when I insert a page break in this area, then I can't figure out how to make the next page look like a page, complete with a white background.  I try to apply another template on the 2nd page, but it just places the template over the blue background area.  In addtion, after I add a second page, then the outside border is removed from any of the tables that I apply.  This border is automatically shown on the first page, but it doesn't show when I add more than one page.  This whole set up seems extremely odd for Microsoft's typical applications and I feel like there must be something I am doing wrong because for any page after the first one, there is no page outline for me to work off of.  Please see attached screen prints to help explain what I am referring to.  Thank you.  User generated image  User generated image User generated image

After your comment, I played around with it more and found that if I add a new page layout template (under the Page Design tab) that it wil give me a new white space to add more table layouts etc. to it...so that I am not developing everything on the blue background.  This makes me happy.  I am recreating an online version of a form that is currently used by another location of ours. I have the workflow set up in Sharepoint for notifying departments that it is there via email etc.  But I realized that after it is all completed, two of the six pages are usually given as a copy to the new employee to let them know what their new passwords are.  This is why I need to make sure things print on separate pages.  Now that I got the page breaks and page layouts working, I think I can finish creating the print view for just those two pages.  Thanks for your help!
