Printing to a RTF

How to print on an RTF.  I see text edit applications that have the paragraph markers and special characters to show the location of the spaces and tabs, but how do they get that character there ?

If you highlight that text and copy, the special characters don't get copied to the clipboard with your selection and the paragraph markers are not selectable.

I think I found it, follow this link and create a new class, paste the code as described:

You have to write a little code to keep them synched, but it works.

I still have a little bit of a flicker problem, but that it acceptable for now.
