Office 2010 Outlook To Do Bar Columns

I have a 13" Lenovo notebook with Office 2010 and the To Do Bar won't show columns if I switch back to 2007 Office the columns are there. Is there a screen limitation in 2010 that is not in 2007? The only way I see columns is to go to top/bottom view calendar on top tasks on bottom I cannot do side to side view.

Thanks

Hello,

I assume you are talking about the Tasks view in Outlook? If so, click Tasks on the Navigation pane, then click the View ribbon. The leftmost command is the Change View command, where you can call up different views of the Tasks. It includes options like "By Category" or "Simple List" or "Detailed", etc.

You can change the columns displayed in the "Detailed" view by clicking "View Settings" in the ribbon. This opens up the dialog to fine-tune the view to your desires.

Hope that helps,

cheers, teylyn
