I am trying to get our Kyocera TaskAlpha 550 C printer to work with our Mac OS 10.6.7 machines. I have installed the drivers from a disc and when that didn't work I went to the website. I have tried IP printing as well as using a generic driver. Using the generic driver, it will print but not in color. When I use the actual drivers for the machine, it sees the printer, connects with it but gives a generic &quot;error &quot;message in the print queue and doesn't print. If it helps, I can ping the printer.
