Crystal Report 2008, Cross-Tab want to show zero when the whole column is null

I am using Cross-Tab in Crystal Report 2008. How can I keep the column(s) from disapearance when their values are null? Thank you.

Then you need to have data for the column or you will need to build the cross tab manually.

What do you mean all the values are NULL?

Do they records exist for that column?

There is a REPORT OPTION to USE DEFAULT FOR NULL

You could also use
If IsNull({TheField}) then
    0
else
    {TheFIeld}

Use that in the cross tab rather than the field

Maybe it is zeros. At Cross-Tab Expert window, the Summarized Fields is Distictcount of tablename.id. My cross-tab should be 3 rows and 5 columns. But one column will disapear if the values are all 0. Crystal Report changes my columns to 4. I want to have 5 and can put 0 in that column. Thank you so much.
