After clicking to add a new printer, select "add a local printer", when it asks the port click "create a new port" and select "local port" as the type. For the port name, choose \\HOST\PRINTER where HOST equals the windows 7 computer's name and PRINTER is the printer's shared name. When it prompts you for a driver, choose the one you have downloaded.
Good luck!
