Which version of excel are you talking about?<br />
2007 2010 would have a possibility to output pdf directly from the excel object model thus no need for a pdf printer.<br />
Try to record a macro and then save the worksheet in question to pdf and then checkout the recorded code.<br />
Hopefully you can recognize where to alter the code.<br />
