Upgrade Steps for VMware ESXi 4.0 (Free Version)

I have a Dell Server running VMware ESXi 4.0, the free version, of the software.  I would like to upgrade this to ESXi 4.1.  I was wondering if there are any good resources that outline the steps for performing this upgrade?  I am not much of a Linux command line person so I am looking for a pretty detailed step-by-step process if one exists.

Firstly have you checked your Dell server is on the HCL for ESXi 4.1?

The Upgrade Guide provided above is pretty intuitive. Should provide most of what you need. Is this a single host you're wanting to upgrade? Is the storage local or SAN/share-based?

I will check to make sure the hardware is compatible and I will reference that guide.  This is a single host and the storage is all local.
quite a straightforward upgrade. any issues let us know.
