there is an error about a system dsn and starting the service, when does the error 25036 occur?
is this the entire log?
is this the entire log?
ASKER
yes in the final phase of the install , after it hangs a long time in the SQL install , when it is done it rolls back all ,
I am thinking if i can manually insall SQL2005 and create a DB and point to it maybe iut work?
what service is it talking about i think it is MSSQL$SQLEXP_VIM
I am assuming that it is cuase it is the last service that what attempted to be started
so i need to install SQL2005 ? create a DB called MSSQL$SQLEXP_VIM
and connect to it ???
thanks for all the help !
