To be honest I have always had all of our users leave the domain field blank, I was just curious as to why ActiveSync prompted for it as an optional field. &nbsp;Will leave the call open just for a couple of hours in case their are additional comments.

Logged a call with Microsoft Premier support, they advise that when configuring ActiveSync on iPhone, the domain field is not required to be completed, ever.

When setting up ActiveSync on a mobile device, one of the optional steps is to complete the domain name.<br />

However I dont understand the advantage of specifying the domain ? If I leave that field blank, what am I missing out on ?<br />
