Modify Spiceworks DB to shorten an attached image's name
There is one ticket in particular that has 7-8 images with very long names. I was trying to restore the DB and when I extracted the zip it gave me errors referring to the image file lengths being too long. How can i shorten them...i looked everywhere in sqlite. Couldn't find where.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Open the database, edit there and save

marahman3001 Thanks for your response!
That is just it. I can't locate or do not know where they are in the DB. I already use SQLite for DB mods but under Attachments Table i don's see any of the attachments but rather just system attachments needed for operations.

I figured out the solution myself.
I ended up re-creating the tickets that had long file names attached. :(

Try opening the zip file and can you rename the filenames from within it and save the zip file? then try to extract it.
