Group Policy Preferences running in user context

So I have a GPP to copy two files to a users machine, but I'm not thinking it's running in the users context because I have to add "Authenticated Users" NTFS to my file path on the remote share for this to work and this is not desirable.  Any way around this?

Check the "Run in the logged on user's context (user policy option)" check box on the advanced properties of each copy preference item.
