Hi, I want to change password of a user who is not SA. I right click that user's properties and in that popup window there is no password.  I think that url is for reg sql 2005.  I have the express version.  Please see the attached screenshot.  Thanks.

are you sure? you are following same step, as there is no change in express/standard edition for user management.
