website can't be browed unless it is running from visual studio

We need a bit more info than that. Can they not get to the site at all, or can they get to it but it is throwing errors? Can you access anything else on the server, other sites, static html pages, etc?

when i run website from source code it run ok
and other users can view it ,
but if it is not running from source code , no one can browse it from IIS

Please provide details like
IIS, OS and deployment way(copy paste or published)
secondly reset iis and try to browse web site as user and check what error it gives and also check event log after this
