Office Web Apps and Sharepoint 2010

Hi

I have to install Office Web Apps but i have 2 types off users employees and voluntary. they are all loging in to the sharepoint server.
So my question is, Is it posible to make it work just for the employees and not for the voluntary people when they use the same web application.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The only way i can see this happening is the following.

1. Create new Web Application

Go into Central Administration and create a new web application with the same Content database as the current web applicaitons.  So if you are using intranet and the content database that is using is Our_Intranet_DB.  You will want to create Volunteers and point that to Our_Intranet_DB.

2. Customize a Proxy Group

In Central Administration go to Central Administration > Appliction Management > Configure service application associations.  Click on the web application you just created. A silverlight page will come up with the name Configure Service Application Associations. At the top of the page is a drop down list.  Select [Custom] from that list.  Select what services you do want your volunteers to have.  Once done hit OK.  You will now have a customized proxy group of what services the volunteers can utilize.
