I have tested and worked properly. some of the disk failled howerver after a reactivation the where ok and I could retrieve the backup

I have a server with 6 Hard Drive.<br />
the first one hard disk where the operating system is installed the other are spanned hardirve.<br />
unfortunately the windows 2008 OS on the first HD crashed. I re-install the os but did not installed windows 2008 I installed windows 2003. after that I was abled to see in the disk Management all the HD but as foreign DISK. My question now is I import the foreign disk will my data will be lost and is windows 2003 compatilble with windows 2008<br />
