Yes. The 861 supports QOS so you can rate limit by traffic type, destination, source, etc.

Ok, so I can have 30 users, which can only use up to 100KB/s per &nbsp;user downstream, and I can set this up in the 861 QoS settings? I just want tp prevent users from monopolizing the bandwidth.

I need a SOHO router that supports at least 2 VLANS, dhcp ranges for each VLAN , &nbsp;qos to limit internet bandwidth per user, and is able to service 30 users without crashing. &nbsp;Any budget conscious recommendations?<br />
