How can I find out which process is using a file
I am trying to edit a configuration file, and it won't let me edit it because it is being used. I stopped all of the services associated with the program, and can't see any more processes. I need to see what is putting a lock on the config file.

When you open the program, do a CTRL+F (or click Handle --> Find Handle or DLL..) and search for the file that is locked. It will come back and show you which process has the file open.
