Change CREDIT.Subplan_1 job ownership to e.g. SA login either in SSMS or by T-SQL:
USE [msdb]
EXEC msdb.dbo.sp_update_job @job_name=N'CREDIT.Subplan_1',

Connect to SQL Server click new query paste code above and click execute.
Connect to SQL Server, in Object Explorer open SQL Server Agent. Next open Jobs then right click on CREDIT.Subplan_1 job and click properties. Click on ... button and in new windows click browse, choose apropriate login (sa in this case) click ok, and again choose login and click ok. In main job properties click ok.
