bulk approval for SharePoint web pages on a publishing site?

We're launching a public facing web site using SP 2007 publishing feature.  HOWEVER, all of the pages are still in draft mode.  Is there a way to easily get all of these pages to be at "approved" state?  ...or do we have to go through and individually approve each and every page?

How do you handle the initial roll out of a Publishing site so that getting all the pages approved isn't a hassle?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

As you probably know it's possible to install extra commands to STSADM.

Andrew Connell did one called 'PublishAllItems'.
