intel graphics and audio drivers not installed

I installed XP and the system didn't detect the video driver.

It's an Intel driver device 2562 subsys 2000107b rev 01. I can't seem to get the driver from the Intel site. Where can I get it?

The audio is dev 24c5 subsys 2000107b rev 01

do you know what chipset your board is? or do you know what model the motherboard is?
If your system is a laptop, go to the laptop's manufacturer website and download the drivers from there.

If it is a desktop, go to the motherboard's manufacturer website and download the drivers from there.

What make/model is your computer?
Go to Device Manager, right-click on the device, Properties, Details Tab, change dropdown to Hardware Ids, and get us the DEV and VEN ID's.

I provided the ven and dev ids above
What's the model number of the Gataway machine?

The dev is 8086 for Intel
I meant the model of the system itself not the video or mainboard.

They should be on the Intel site, but as it is integrated graphics, it would be necessary to know which chipset.  The driver is also probably available from Gateway.com ... if XP is supported on this Gateway.  In either case, we really need to know the model of Gateway that he has.
For integrated card, you must go to the website of the vendor when the machine was built.  If it is a Gateway machine, go to Gateway website to get the latest drivers.

I went to Gateway and they don't cover this machine anymore.

It's a Gateway e 2000. What else do I need to know?
Here is the link http://support.gateway.com/us/en/product/default.aspx?tab=1 to the website for the e2100 series.  I selected country as USA as I have no idea where you live.  Please correct the country and model number and you should have latest drivers there.
Is it a actual "e2000" or is it an e2000-series PC?  If it is an e2000-series, then it will have a more specific number on it like 2100, 2300, etc.  At least for these specific models, like the e2100, there are drivers listed on Gateways site for it.

Does this look like the right thing?

This is from Intel for 845g
This information is from the link at Gateway website?
On the bottom of your note you mentioned "This is from Intel for 845g".  If you went to Intel website, it will not work with your system.  Gateway system must get drivers from Gateway website; going to Intel website, it will not work.
I've had it work more times than not.  The best place (occasionally the only place) to get the driver for the chipset/integrated graphics, is from your PC's manufacturer - Gateway.  Until we know for sure which exact model you have, it is unclear whether you can get the driver from them or not.  If not, then you can try the one at Intel.com:

It had dual boot and I booted into Windwos 2000 and displayed 82845g/gl for the video driver so I went to Intel and found that driver and installed it and it worked.

I need the sound driver but the Intel site pointed to an 845 chipset along with the video drivers so I will try that.

Intel provided the solution although their site was complex and confusing.
