Thanks at first i had done all of that, but after i check with the cli i see that none of the url's had changed so i followed the article and that worked!.

Hi, Just finishing up an exchange 2010 install. Here is the problem. Ever time a outlook 2010 client opens there mail box they are presented with a ssl certificate error stating that the name is not whats on the ssl certificate. Our ssl certificate is for mail.springbrookny.org and the name its pulling is mail11.uhca1.local. so i created a new internal domain pointing mail.springbrookny.org to the ip of mail11. this fixed the issue with OWA but not for the clients using outlook. I have changed all the url's in exchange console to mail.springbrookny.org but no change on the client end. I know im missing something simple here but what?
